Chopping boards have been treated with two coats of food safe oil by Chestnut Products. I would recommend that the boards are re-coated every 6 months to keep them fresh.
I would also recommend that you don’t put natural wooden chopping boards into the dish washer – this will quickly remove the oils and dry them out. Clean with a damp cloth or run under running water for best results.
